Putting veterans on the map
FarmScout helps you find and support veteran-owned farms, stands, ranches, oyster farms and vineyards across the country. There are hundreds of them in the app, coast to coast.

How to find them
- Open FarmScout and tap the Veteran-Owned button on the home screen, or search "veteran-owned".
- Search near you, or wherever you are headed. Zoom out to see the whole country.
- Look for the Veteran-Owned badge on the list card, the map pop-up and the farm page.
Check each farm's hours and visiting or pickup details before heading out.
Some farms are not open to the public. Their listing tells you where to buy instead - a farmers market, the farm store, a CSA, delivery or order ahead.

Farmer Veteran Coalition of New York
FarmScout partners with the New York chapter of the Farmer Veteran Coalition to help customers find and support veteran-owned farms, and to help veteran farmers get on the map. Veteran-owned farms in other states come to FarmScout from farmers themselves, with help from veteran-farmer organizations nationwide.
