Farms, vineyards, restaurants, markets, event producers and local food organizations can purchase an optional sponsored placement for a farm, farm stay, product, event, or seasonal experience in the "Happening Nearby" section.
Sponsored placements connect customers directly to the business's FarmScout listing or approved website. FarmScout does not process ticket sales, purchases, or reservations.
How it works
- Your event, sale or product appears in the "Happening Nearby" card on the FarmScout home screen.
- We show it to users near your location - local people planning where to go this week.
- Each spot runs for 7 days.
- Perfect for u-pick days, farm dinners, festivals, tastings, live music, seasonal openings, and new product releases.
What it costs
Founding-advertiser rate: $25 for a 7-day Sponsored spot. Introductory pricing for our first advertisers. You may purchase multiple weeks.
Why it works
Your spot reaches nearby people who are actively looking for local outings - the right audience, at the moment they're deciding where to go. FarmScout never sells or shares customer data, and ads don't track users; your spot is shown by location only. Sponsorships also help keep FarmScout free for farmers to claim, manage and update their own listings.
